Michael Soto to speak at The ODNNY Salon
Spark Co-Founder Michael Soto has been selected to be an opening speaker at the The Organization Development Network of NY (ODNNY) Salon on May 18, 2015, from 6-8pm. Michael will be presenting on the topic of “Promoting an Internal Networking Culture”. He will talk about Randomised Coffee Trials, a process he helped design at Nesta, the UK innovation foundation. This simple process of connecting colleagues from across the company resulted in a friendlier work environment, more effective use of internal resources, and a flourishing of new ideas.
The ODNNY Salon event, a space for exchanging ideas on organizational development, will feature three opening speakers, an “open mic” in which attendees can share topics and pose questions, and an informal idea exchange. Anyone interested in attending can register for the event here.
ODNNY is a diverse community of practitioners and those interested in developing practices, tools and skills that create a positive impact in the workplace. Their work is grounded in social and behavioral sciences and research, and optimizes organizational change and performance.
